Good morning.
The last time I uploaded the CameraAlert Database I included the Voice Pack with Chime Prefix, didn't like the chime so reloaded database without CP but I still have CP, can someone tell me how to remove the chime without deleting the database and then having to re configure all the distance warnings please

| Can you not just overwrite the chime files with the non-chime ones. A clue as to your device etc. would also make a suggestion easier. |

Sorry should have said, I have over written the files with the no charm file but I still get the chimes. TomTom Pro Live 5150 Truck

Earlier this year you downloaded the 'Consolidated by Type' but more recently have used the 'Speed Zoned' files. I wonder if you still have some of the older alerts on your device and/or on the PC that are being copied over?

Its not the same TT unit. It will be easier just to set back to factory settings and set it up again.
