I am now no longer a subscriber. Not through my choice but because of the subscription renewal instructions on the website and on reminder emails.
Someone needs to take a look at the Paypal website and match up the renewal instructions with that. I don't understand why my subscription was not renewed. PGPSW was clearly shown on my Paypal account as an active Pre-approved payment since 2012. Catch up PGPSW.
Sincerely,

I don't think the problem is entirely with PGPSW and I may owe you an apology. I have got an email from Paypal which gives me instructions to update my funding source. The first thing it tells me to do is log into Paypal and go to my "Subscription details" and then to "Subscription Funding Source". I cannot find Subscription details so I have fallen at the first fence.
Can anyone help me? _________________ Bazzza

In the past I have logged on to the PayPal website and then returned to the eMail notification and clicked the link they provide which I think takes you directly to where you need to be.
If that doesn't work try logging on and ( I'm using the "New" style PayPal site, not "Classic") click on the Wallet tab at the top of the page. From here you can edit, add or delete funding sources. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

I tried to find Subscription Details as instructed by PayPal and did this:
Log in to PayPal.
Click on My PayPal at top right of screen.
Access your profile by clicking on the cog at top right of screen.
Scroll to bottom right of screen and click on Pre-approved payments which gives:
My pre-approved payments
Use this page to manage your payments for:
Subscriptions
Automatically invoiced payments
Instalment plan payments
I can’t go any further as I don’t have any subscriptions, but hope that helps. It probably takes you to the same screen as Ali's instructions but by a much longer route! _________________ Anita

Thanks Anita and Ali. When going into a site like Paypal I tend not to do it via a link on an email for reasons of security. However, I did as you suggested and it took me into a version of Paypal I haven't seen before, to a page I haven't seen before where I was able to make the necessary changes (I hope). The email says they will try to make a payment on the 10th. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your help. The moral of this is, ignore the instructions on PGPSW. _________________ Bazzza

Paypal and links in emails would have me concerned as well. Once the scammers get to this I can see emails arriving telling you to do it again. _________________ DashCam:

Only if you click the link within the email to navigate to the Web page and then log into the site you have been directed to.
If you previously go to the site by your tried & trusted method and log in before clicking the link, you are not divulging any passwords to potential scammers.
The link is either genuine and takes you to the correct location on the official site where you are already logged-in and your known details are already present but just need editing.
Or
It's a scam, takes you to a fake site and asks you to enter personal details which, hopefully, shall sound alarm bells and you beat a hasty retreat. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

I have taken the precaution of changing my Paypal Password. Better safe than sorry. _________________ Bazzza

So should he take the precaution of changing his real name? _________________ Dennis
