Just connected my 530 with map 885 to Home and was offered a new UK map with 12 months updates [I think] for £14.95. Thought I might as well go for it, and have map 945. When I try to log into my account in Support to check the transaction I get an error message. Strange, went to Support/my orders and was logged straight in without password or email?? It is a 12 month map update sub. Is TT going bust, is this a fire sale?

No, they are profitable
Its just the value of maps are lower than ever

Maps are free on current models, so maybe they are conceding owners of older models should have a better deal? Free maps have not induced owners of older models to trade-in for poorer performing new models?

Since when?
I thought that was a PGPSW payment problem, not TT |

Never had to cancel a recurring paypal payment for maps from TT that I can ever remember!
Map updates prices seem to vary month by month/release by release/discount code by discount code anyway so TT couldn't (at least not easily) set up or create a recurring payment. |

How do you use the codes on a map update, I have never been able to do this. When purchasing a map through TT Home there is no code box during checkout.
