Hi I've just changed my mobile phone and I'm having issues regarding setting up my existing account to the app on my new phone. I have tried to fill out the contact support form but it tells my email address is invalid although it is the same email I have been using previously to register and pay my subscription through. Any help would be appreciated. |

If you are signed in when filling out the Support Ticket, the email address field will be automatically filled in for you.
When you go to Manage Cameras, on the phone, have you used the 'Link PocketGPSWorld account' button? A little more info about the phone model, what you're doing and any error messages may help to resolve the issue. _________________ Richard

Hi thanks for the reply. I have gone into the manage cameras part in the app and the only option available is to 'register at pocketgpsworld' this links me directly to the website to register. I then enter my email address, enter and nothing happens and I get no confirmation via email. My phone is a Samsung S5 running android 4.4.2, cheers Neil |

I have managed to sort it. My phone had auto punctuated a space after my email address and it was this that was throwing the problem. Many thanks for your help. |

Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
