I am using latest version of firefox version 35 and also have the current version of silverlight installed but I am unable to load the planner page. I did have this problem with previous version of firefox so that is why I updated. It has been a while since I used planner. Is any one else having problems with planner and firefox.
I can access planner using IE 8. I lnow it is old but so is my XP computer.
Any suggestions please. |

I don't know anything about Satmap, but I've started getting freeze-ups on Firefox 35 on my Mac. _________________ Dennis

Lostme,
Probably not what you want to hear but no problem with my identical Firefox/Silverlight set-up although I am on Windows 7. Adblocking software?? Other plugins??
Best wishes,
John |

In case anyone else has the problem I have ascertained what my issue is. I use the add on Flashblock and it appears that a Flashblock update now means it is blocking all Silverlight, which Xpedition uses with Firefox. I have white listed Xpediton to allow silverlight to run but it makes no difference as it is still blocked
By disabling Flahblock I can use Xpedition. A search on the internet shows that this is a known problem but no solution apart from disabling Flashblock |

I seem to be unable to upload any gpx files on my system (Windows 8.1 and Chrome). I have disabled my adblocker but that does not seem to help. I enable sliverlight and that works fine on other sites.
The upload seems to start but then I just get "Processing....please wait" for ever....
Anyone else having these problems with Chrome? _________________ LostMike

It now appears that in my case at least the problem is caused by the gpx files that I am trying to upload. Although they are happily accepted by Satsync Converter for processing into .map files for the Satmap they do not seem to be working with Xpedition. .gpx files produced by the Satsync Converter do work. _________________ LostMike
