|
|
Hi,
My Toshiba e335 gets frequently locked up during the POI/Favorites/Contact lookup. I have earlier attributed this to the SanDisk SD card, but apparently my new Kingston and VIKING SD cards did not help solving the problem. I aint really thinking of buying the Panasonic as it doesn't seem to be the problem with SD Card, or atleast wot I think.
My GPS kit consists of the following:
Haicom-204S
Destinator 3 US
Toshiba e335
Kingston 256 MB SD.
My storage memory is 15MB and Program Memory is 35 MB on the device.
Any Help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I used to get the same problem on a Loox 600, when looking at Favs or History or POI, changed to a 2210, but same card with maps and its OK, I suspect D3 and some PDAs can be tempremental, the difference was 2002 on Loox and 2003 on Ipaq ????? |

I spoke to the Toshiba Customer Service rep and he kinda agreed with the 128 MB limitation on e330s. His opinion is purely based on the accessory list avaialbe in the specifiactions. The list mentions the SD card as 128MB..makes sense as in 2002 , that was the max I guess. Anyways, I am still hoping that there must be a solution out somewhere and just waiting...
Thanks
