I have installed CP GPS on my Acer A1-830 tablet having used it for years on my Android phones of various flavours, to my great satisfaction. Now, though, having selected 'News and Updates' and seeing "Downloading Updates" for practically 24 hours, after a cold restart, CP never gets past a window on-screen saying "Updates Available".
I'm sure there must be a file somewhere that I can temporarily rename or some incantation I can make to get past this. Of course, if this was on Windows, I'd be confident about uninstalling and reinstalling but am hesitant on Android in case the tablet forgets that I have bought the app and I then have to re-purchase a license.
edit - Sorry, I posted duff information. Removed by Ali. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599
