How often are map updates for garmin? Does garmin have anything similar to tomtom Mapshare? |

Updates are released up to 4 times a year. It is possible to buy a lifetime licence to get all future releases until the machine dies or is too small for the size of the map files.

Adding to that all latest Garmin satnavs have slots for micro sd cards, so are unlikely to ever run out of space for map updates. |
