Crash on Samsung Galaxy S4

A bit since you raised a point in you newsletter regarding crashes on Samsung Galaxy S4. Are you any closer to finding a solution for this? It is becoming a bit of an annoyance when I am out. It appears from the comment I have seen this seem to be more of a Samsung related problem or Samsung's version of Android at that time as it was not a problem on the S2 or S3?

Hi, it was a problem on the S2, just not as often. I have found that by opening the app then minimising so it works in the background, then opening it fully again allows it to work properly. This works on ICS as well as KitKat. There has been a problem with the Android app crashing for a fair few months now.

Can you confirm that the Android app bug fix that you announced in this week's newsletter is the one that causes the app to crash all the time on Galaxy S4 s with latest Android software?
