Hi all very new and I have a question. Should I ditch my Tom Tom 540 live and go to the new garmin. Traffic is very important to me but my subscription is up on the 540 but I've heard that the live traffic on the garmin is not great. What do you think and thanks for the advise in advance. |

(I'll move this question over to the "beginner's advice" forum section as the other section is for actual reviews of various systems by users).
Here are a couple of recent topics that you might find helpful
Traffic radius limits in UK - just TomTom?
TomTom or Garmin Traffic
I only have experience of TomTom HD Traffic, but certainly until recently, I think it was generally considered to be slightly better than Garmin's systems. I don;t know if the "Digital" system that Garmin are now using actually has better traffic reports, or if it is just a better distribution system. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

No, but I've had a Garmin with digital traffic for around 6 months now and it hasn't been wrong once |
