I'm going to test my psychic skills now. You're a Mac user. You've just updated to the latest OSX update. You're using Safari.
Am I right? If so then this seems to be an issue with the updated OSX and Safari. There are 2 ways to overcome it - The first is to use a different browser (Chrome has been tested to work fine) or, if you want to keep using Safari, then you should ignore the automatic download and, instead, right-click (or ctrl+click) the link on the page ("Download pgpsw-speed-cams-xxxxx-(12-024).zip") and select "Download linked file as..." and this will then work as normal.
Note this only seems to effect a combination of OSX 10.9.2 (Mavericks) and Safari 7.0.2

The camera download page is here. Once you have selected the options and clicked the download button, you get another screen that has the filename as a link within the text. Right-click or control-click the link and choose the 'download linked file as...' option to download it.

Thanks Gerry, now downloaded , but don't seem to have as many folders in the download as usual
only five OV2 and nine camera type bitmaps is that correct I usually have a lot more than that + there are no speed limit bitmaps [ 20/30/40/etc]
Just downloaded again all seems ok now ,mustn't have made the correct selections on the drop down thanks for the help
