|

I have a TT 730 which is gently failing and it's probably time I bought something new.
I use the traffic information a lot and it seems that my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) can probably help here if I get the right Sat-Nav device.
But my phone already connects to my car using Bluetooth and I use that connection (phone only).
So, my question is: Can I also connect the phone to a suitable sat-nav to receive traffic data? If so, which Sat-Nav should I be going for?
Thanks

No one knows? Doesn't anyone use a TT device with a Bluetooth phone?

I have a Galaxy S3 and use the TT app together with Cameralert camera warnings. However, TT Live Traffic will require data downloads so I do not subscribe to it due to cost! |

Yes - I have.
I never managed to connect the Bluetooth to the TT and the handsfree at the same time (this was mainly with a Go 510).
I now have a Go530 and subscribe to TT traffic using GPRS and use the handsfree in the car to connect to Bluetooth in the phone.
So I don't need to use Bluetooth to connect to the TT. _________________ TomTom Go 540 - V9.058, Map GB & Ireland 860.3101
