Hi all,
One of my navigators is running Nav N Go iGo 8
8.3.2.83157
April 2009
Win CE 5.00 (Build 1400)
The UK map is UNITED KINGDOM 2010 03
Data Source 2006-2010 Tele Atlas B.V. [100526]
Question,
Where would I begin to look for a newer UK map.
Even if need to pay for it, I wouldn't mind.
Please anyone???

It's a 7 inch Win CE 5.00 (Build 1400)
Running IGO My Way
Stand alone touch screen thing.
PNA / PND
Actually, it's very good, I am just interested in updating the UNITED KINGDOM 2010 03 (Q1) to some map a few years newer.

Yeah, thanks,
Seems to bring up multitudes of map torrents, all of which look a little dodgy.
The latest map torrents brought up were 3rd quarter 2013.
So if I can buy that legal map some where I would be quite happy.

iGO software and maps are difficult to find in UK, Nav'n'Go prefer European Countries, for whatever reason.
Anyway, what percentage of roads change that much over the years, the M25 may go from 3 lanes to 4 but looking out the front you can see that. How many new roads are built, except when new estates are built.
What percentage of these roads do you use and what percentage of those have been altered over the past few years?
I found the following information.
At the end of 2011, there were 34.2 million vehicles licensed for use on the roads in Great Britain, of which 28.5 million were cars.
The total length of Britain’s classified roads is made up as follows.
• Motorways: 2,705 miles
• Trunk roads: 4,818 miles
• A roads: 29,929 miles
• B roads: 18,776 miles
• Minor public roads: 195,363 miles.
Total 251591 miles
Which means
12.4 yards per vehicle
15.5 yards if cars only.
77.7 yards not including cars.
Just hope we don't all go out at the same time. _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property
