Tom Tom One & samsung s3 wont connect

Hi I have a Tom Tom One new edition which will not connect to my samsung s3.It just gives me the message that "GT-19300 The required features could not be found for this phone" All software as far as I am aware is up to date on the Tom Tom but just will not connect.
Any Ideas ?

I had a look and I can't see it in the phones that are compatible.

Perhaps that is because it's an Android phone ?

There are plenty of Android phones that DO work (to some extent) with a TomTom.

But TomTom seem to put an extremely low priority on getting all (or any) features working for most modern phones.
They just leave their software routines the same and HOPE that a new phone will work with them.
