I've had a look at the list of BMW formats which can support the Speed Camera database but the Business Edition isn't covered. Most reference up to 2008.
Mine is a 2009 (but I am thinking of getting the latest map).
What is the current situation and is there a possible release on the way? |

Pre 2009 Navigation was DVD based & speed camera info can be added
Post 2009 Pro Nav is Hard Drive based & Business Nav is solid state memory - the latter also has a smaller screen & less detailed maps - speed camera info cannot be added to post 2009 Pro or Business Nav.
I have Business Nav & use a Nexus 7 with CamerAlert installed & it works a treat shoved between the passenger seat & centre console - it would be nice to have visual warnings of cameras on the map but I no longer miss them _________________ Galaxy Note 4 / TomTom GO : CamerAlert : CoPilot |

Sorry Andy, I should rephrase "pre 2009 DVDs can be purchased at various places online that already have speed cameras included" but I don't think the PGPSW database can be added _________________ Galaxy Note 4 / TomTom GO : CamerAlert : CoPilot |
