Just downloaded the following Camera Database..

Garmin POILoader [UK - Speed Zoned Complete | pMobiles: Yes | French: No | Swiss: No ] (11.071 - 03 Jul 13)

And on unzipping get a camera group pmobile_110.csv

Is this correct?

Yes and no. It's a 110kmh camera in Ireland so it should actually be in the EUR database.
