It is difficult to say that I was wrong, but...I have to.
After the experience of contacting support of TomTom and iGo, my thoughts, when I saw reply: we think about it and it would be implemented in some future updates , I did not believed.
So, in the new version, I have the increased POI search to 240km what is enough for me (it takes slightly longer to search for, but I'm OK with that).
Furthermore, I have to say that I have very prompt reply for each of my support requests. Usually, it takes now longer forme to answer than to their support to react
Finally, during the yesterday, they had some problems with the server(?), what caused maps update, traffic download etc complicated, if possible at all for several hours.
It is nice to see email explaining the reasons, with apologies and free one year of HD traffic as a troubles compensating gift, even if I already purchased it sooner.
To conclude:
I was wrong, the Sygic's support differs SIGNIFICANTLY from other companies.
Keep up good work, guys! |
