Hi,
Just subscribed, so now have the dropdown to select the system and I can see there is a "Nissan Connect" and a "Nissan Connect (old)".
I've downloaded both, but what is the difference and which should I be using? My car is a Sept 2009 Qashqai.
Cheers,

Personal preference really.
They just have a different format for the text on the screen. They both work and give the same warnings, just the text is slightly different. |

Thanks, downloaded both and can see the different text versions.
I was confused because there are two models of Nissan Connect, firmware 1.0 and 1.5 (built in speed cams).
I assumed as the dropdown question was Select your system, it was asking which I had... |

Tried 4 USB sticks to date, but getting same grief in each case
Initially on insertion screen shows "No Audio Files" which is correct.
Selecting Set Up/Navigation & POI's, then selecting DOWNLOAD MY POI's, which I assume is right option, in each case system says there are no POI files on this device ie the USB stick.
I've followed he detailed instructions, and even modified folder name from .myPOIs to MyPOIs as that's what Nissan shows on Screen, but made no difference.
Will persevere/ post back [/b] _________________ Gel

You have unzipped the file(s) haven't you?
No insult intended. It's a fairly common mistake. |

I have just picked up my new Juke today and am having the exact same issue as peasemore above, where the screen states 'No Audio Files'. I had a juke prior to this one and used these speed camera alerts perfectly fine, but this car has the new Connect system, so not sure if there have been some compatibility issues. Interestingly, No Audio Files comes up irrespective of whether a USB stick is installed or not. I have also tried another USB stick and receive exactly the same message. Any help would be appreciated! |

For anyone else's future reference, I tried four USB sticks (thankfully my partner is a geek and we had plenty) and the fourth one appears to have worked! |

Out of interest, what size and make were the ones that did and didn't work?

Although I thought one of the sticks had worked, it seems that it didn't as I am still not receiving the alerts. Am at a bit of a loss as to what to do now. |
