Hi
I'm in the UK
I have a tom tom with live services and since last Thursday I have had nothing
I get a message saying
"we're currently experiancing technical difficulties - please try again soon"
Error 148
Anyone one else got this? |

Yes. I'm using a Go 550 Live and I've had no HD Traffic or Live Services since Friday. Also getting the Error Code 148 on my device.
No explanation on the Tomtom website, and no reply to an email to TomTom support (although I understand they don't work on a weekend!).
That are several threads running about this problem on TomTom's own forum. No response from any TT employee on the forum. |

TOMTOM CONFIRM THEY HAVE A TECHNICAL ISSUE
Hi from TomTom Customer Support. Thanks for your call today regarding the problems with receiving HD Traffic on your TomTom Product..
We are experiencing issues with our Live Services in some markets and our Engineers are working hard to resolve this urgently..
I do apologise for the inconvenience caused and I have logged your case for you..
Once I have more information available, I will follow up with you directly to make sure everything gets back on line and address time lost..

That explains why I couldn't use it for most of yesterday. I bet they don't extend accounts automatically. |

HD Traffic not working this morning for my commute to work, but just checked it and it's now working again on my 550.
I've had a reply to an email I sent to TT CS, which just acknowledged they had a problem, but no mention of extending subscriptions by a few days (as has happened previously). |
