Keneood 4210 DAB not open files

Hi when I try to open the memory stick on the kenwood sat nav page it says new poi's found do you want to open, when i click yes it says can not open up file.

I have put files on before and worked fine, I have tried resetting the unit but no success. Am stuck at what to do

I guess the obvious first questions are: what files are they, where did they come from, and can you think of any differences from how you got the ones that DID work?

I have a suspicion that he has fixed this by his post in his other thread. Unless I am getting Cams and POIs mixed up again.
