To sort the Favourites click Edit at the bottom right.
On the right of each entry is an icon that looks like three lines. Hold your finger on one for a second and you can then use these to drag and re-sort the list. Click Done at the bottom right when you are done. Only way to do it at the minute. |

Thanks for that !
That actually might be even more useful than alphabetical as I can put the most frequently used ones at the top
regarding mapshare , I can't work out how not to share changes though as I don't want to upload stuff that (to most people) is incorrect. |

I spoke to TT and they said there is no way of not uploading the mapshares from an iPad !
Whether or not those changes I make get carried through to the changes that are then downloaded to other peoples maps will depend on their verification process and the number of people who reported it.
Edit, here is their written reply

Dear Mr xxxx,
This is Ciara, Thank you for contacting Tom Tom Customer Support regarding
Map Share.
Map Corrections can be made by yourself on this device, this information
is automatically shared with the Map Share function, however these changes
will not take place on public maps until Tom Tom have verified these
changes and release an update.

I am going to have to make the changes I need, they are essential to me.
A blocked street can completely change the suggested route, although my own knowledge of London would almost certainly 'kick-in' and I would take the best route available to me.
I use a GPS to make navigating easier and I don't really want to have a 'battle of wills' with it.
I hope that TT gets it right and doesn't include mine, and other cabbies changes, that don't apply to the majority of drivers in the mapshare changes they download to others. |

Blimey, that was clever of me - I have no idea how to put POIs into TT for iOS! I shall give myself a pat on the back.

Well, it's outfoxed me !
I can unblock streets but I can't change turn restrictions, which is how some roads and manoeuvres are permitted for taxis only |
