Hi, I know you must have had this a thousand times before but I cannot find any info on my problem, the problem being my 720 has frozen on the start up screen. I can connect to Home and do all the updates and look at all the files but when I disconnect from my pc it just goes to the start up screen and won't go any further. Also I cannot turn it off, the only way to do this is to press the reset button, I have ran the flash tool app. and this makes no difference.
Any suggestion will be greatly received. |

You could try either deleting MapSettings.cfg, or if you have settings you don't want to lose, use HOME and Operate my GO to add a new POI location.
Don't forget to use Eject or Remove hardware safely before disconnecting.
If that doesn't work, then we can try something else. _________________ Richard

I thought you'd mention the internal memory as a source of possible problems. Time to say again I appreciate all you, and several others, have taught me. _________________ Mike R [aka Wyvern46]
