How much? (to renew subscription)

Got a message today that my subscription is about to lapse but paypal had blocked payment.

I went in and checked the subscription details and saw last time it was 14.99
time before 16.99
and before that 19.99 , now i am not complaining in any way as I think its value is good .
But how much should the payment be for ?
