My youngest son has just been on to me...he's going Android and was just about to pay for thsi app when he noticed the reference to PGPS....I couldn't answer his questions and suggested he get on to you...but basically he wanted to know if it was basically the same as CamerAlert including weekly updates and were there any significant differences... I wouldn't have the foggiest idea but no doubt you could update him. ! |

Hi FrequentFlyer,
There's a PGPSW review of EZCam that you could read.
If you have to pay for the app then don't forget that CamerAlert is free.
If your son still lives at home then you could let him use your subscription. Please check the Ts & Cs first though!

I'd recommend CamerAlert over EZCam simply for the ease of database updates. 2 button presses in the app. EZCam requires you to download the database, unzip it, transfer it to the phones SD card then run EZCam, locate the updated files and install it.

EZCam supports our database, nothing else. CamerAlert is the way to go. _________________ Darren Griffin |
