It can be downloaded from here

This takes several steps:
On the left of the page you will see a link entitled "POI-Sync". In there is a link to POI-Edit, follow the supplied instructions to download and install it.
Now, using POI-Edit, download the speed camera database to a local folder
Once it has been downloaded, go to POI-Edit and in the "Tools" menu there is a "Batch Convert..." option
Select your source format as "OV2" and your destination format as "ASC"
Select the directory where you downloaded the Speed Camera file before
Click convert, and you should now have a file in that directory called "POCKETGPS_UK_SC.asc"
Using activesync (or whatever) browse to the directory on your pda where you installed POI-Warner
Copy the 2 files "POCKETGPS_UK_SC.asc" and "POCKETGPS_UK_SC.bmp" to the "poi" directory in there.
Follow the POI-Warner instructions to adding new overlays
Also you could sign up to POIhandler pay the subscription fee - €12 [~£8] and use POI-Warner to download the Speed Cameras directly to your pda
Hope that helps
