I seem to no longer be able to save routes in My Xpedition. Has anyone seen this before and any known fix?
Thanks

Hi Awthin.
It still seems to be working for me though I am not sure it saved where I expected. I thought I saved my test route in a folder but it went into the Xpedition root directory. Don't know if that helps.
I also noted a window about European legislation and cookies. It is just possible that a cookie change has had an impact. Look forward to your findings!
Good luck. _________________ LostMike

Apologies for not being clearer. I mean that when I try to Save or Save As in the Planner component it just does nothing. Is there some kind of limit on how many routes you can have saved perhaps?

I got this response back from Satmap. Deleting the entry as advised cleared the problem.
"Can you try opening up the planner page and right click on the mapping area and click on ‘Silverlight’. Then open the ‘Application Storage’ tab and in the bottom right hand corner is a box labelled ‘enable application storage’. Is this ticked? If not it needs to be.
If that does not work can you try the following – go to the same link (open up the planner page and right click on the mapping area and click on ‘Silverlight’. Then open the ‘Application Storage’ tab) and check the ‘current (MB)’ score next to the www.satmap-xpedition.com link. If it equals 1.0 then can you select it and ‘delete’. Then close and re-open the browser and try again. " |
