Does the issue with the M6 Toll discussed here include the merge with the M5 northbound? Routing from Worcester to Kendal got me a "toll road" question which surprised me, in that routing to the East around Birmingham is not usually a choice taken, so I said avoid. But on approach to the junction, we we confused in that it was saying take a left turn about 20 miles ahead. So we allowed it to route on the toll, and it then said take a right. The poor thing is confused by the road split at http://goo.gl/maps/YROig which can allow you to go onto the very tail of the M6 Toll. But there is no toll due, and it has never been a problem before.
The iPhone, which I had running at the same time, had the old map form, which doesn't show the split of the motorway, and so was not "confused".
I therefore conclude that this is new, but it didn't have this a week ago that I recall when doing the same journey. Perhaps it's just me that is confused, but why would this happen differently?

The M6 Toll comments ARE for that bit of M5 joining northbound and it happens EVERY time, not haphazardly. It's been like that for two maps. Andy_P has promised it'll be out in the next map, only he doesn't do them, so don't hold your breath. _________________ Dennis
