Can anyone point me in the direction of some bit maps to load as my POI's. I can only get the standard * on the yellow back ground when making my own POI files. I am not sure if you can get pre-created bit maps or if they are easy enough to create yourself. |

What you can do is take any of the bitmaps that come with the POI collections in the web and adjust it to your needs. You could also do a screenshot of the ones that are built in to TomTom and then crop those but that's rather tedious _________________ Lutz

you mean the little icons?
These are normally 22 pixels square 256 colour bitmaps or 2 colour black n' white ones for really tiny file size. They're really easy to make, even in MS paint, just make sure they're named the same as the POI type for which you want to use them, when you import them to your PDA. |
