I have been a member for some years but appear to have lapsed.
So as requested and with some trepidation I have paid my subscription renewal by PayPal (I have always tried to avoid them).
I have received the necessary confirmation from PayPal which told me it was my first subscription but I still cannot access to download the database or to submit a camera.
Why!!!!

Can you tell me what you see if you goto this page

It's possible it's one of the rare cases where the payment doesn't automatically unlock the system. In which case someone from the staff will resolve quickly...

Can I ask you to send an email to subscriptionsATpocketgpsworld.com with your Payment details, specifically the PayPal TransactionID and we can investigate and resolve ASAP.

Thanks for your input. The important bit about what I see is:

To download the latest version of the PocketGPSWorld.com Speed Camera Database you need to be a subscribed user. Click here to see the benefits of subscribing to our site and to complete your subscription.

If you have already paid a subscription and you still see this message then please note that some PayPal payments are classed as eCheques which, like paper cheque's, can take up to 8 days to clear. To check this you can log in to your PayPal account and view the details of the payment - the chances are it's status will be 'uncleared'."


But as you will see Darren is on the case.
