Hello!.
I'm Italian user and since friday my telmap v5.6 can not process any route, when i try to make a new route the softwware prompt me "Impossibile elaborare il percorso richiesto" in italian "Impossible to process the requested route" or similar.
Can anybody help me?

Hi Thempos, you are not alone. I'm getting the same message here in Spain.
There is nothing obvious on Telmap's website.

I'm also getting the same error here - Unable to process route request.
I have two versions, one running on a BlackBerry 9700, and the Android version which is running on the PlayBook (sideloaded). |

Users are also mentioning it on Telmap's FaceBook page. As yet, TUG Admin have not responded.

Just had a reply from TUG
" it's a known problem we have also identified earlier today. We are working on a fix, and hopefully will be up and running by tomorrow.. please check the app again tomorrow.. thanks! TUG Admin" |
