Hads anyone released a map editor yet for Tomtom data, to correct those little cul de sacs and new roads on estates that keep appearing all over the place? |

No, and TomTom will never permit that to happen. They want you to pay for map updates...
What we need are maps in GPX format, maps that are maintained by users and are covered under GPL... _________________ Lutz

You mean no-one's cracked the software yet and added little lines of their own? |

of course not. As I said, it is not in the interest of the vendors of street navigation programs.
Things are slightly more relaxed in the topographical area, and in regions of the world that are not covered by NAVTEQ or TeleAtlas (recently a guy from Russia pointed to a link where you can create your own routable maps) _________________ Lutz

The one thing I would really like to be able to do is to designate whether a road is one way or not. there are heaps of areas of Edinburgh that are one way and TT ignores it. there are too many of them for me to bothered telling them about it - it's just a joke. _________________ Rgds,
