I was tipped off by a colleague that SatMap are promoting Flash Sales via Twotter etc. Once again, no email from them, which as a very long time user I find very annoying

Thanks for the HeadsUp FrequetFlyer. Despite being a (reluctant) FaceBook user, I've not noticed any of their notices despite the FlashSales being a couple of weeks old by now.
(FlashSales not solely on Twitter but FB also).

I'm also getting disenchanted with SatMap. The map I recently bought for this is part of Spain is at least 10 years old! I voiced my disappointment to no avail. I have since discovered that I could buy an OSM map covering the same area but, as a very active OSM contributor, I'd be buying back the data I have contributed for free.
Not Impressed.
