Basically we enable the subscription button at the right time now. We also made a change to the Audio which made a difference to some devices, but did not fix the problem completely. We submitted ti the instant we found the problems, but are still working hard to sort out the issue with background audio properly.

We are not the only ones suffering with this issue which seems to be related to changes in iOS5.1.1. Waze and a few others are now failing to issue background audio.

However the background audio issues are still present in this new version of the application.

Our current advise is: If you have already updated to 1.3.6 then 1.3.7 may help but will not fix issues. If you are still running with the pre 1.3.6 version then stick with that for a bit longer until we are certain we have the problem nailed.

Y'know, it hacks me off that I MUST accept their terms and conditions yet again, before it will download. Talk about captive audience. Rolling Eyes

Please clarify that you mean Apple's T&Cs and not ours!

"THEIR" not "your".

But as there was no subject in your post indicating that your 'their' was directed in the direction of Apple, it could have been meaning anyone except your good self Twisted Evil

The title of the thread is "Cameralert 1.3.7 out now" and I grumped about having to accept Ts&Cs before it will download. It doesn't download from "your", it downloads from "their". Stop it!

Updated to 1.3.7 didn't make a difference to the audio issue and to make things worst the alerts have now gone so makes it useless.

1.3.8 which fixes the audio issues fully is with Apple awaiting their review process... Hopefully it won't be long until it's pushed out.

Tested last night. No problems so far. BT audio works in background and alert banners work too.

Can't comment in the subscription part though.
