press the hardware menu button on the phone then tap on 'Manage cameras' (top right) on the menu that comes up. Once there you can download the database.

On a similar subject and because I can't be bothered to RTFM, does the CA d/b include pMOBILES? A one word answer would be good, two words with the second one being 'off' would not be good. |

But the full stop made it a 'good' answer, being two completely separate words. Thanks Dennis |

But if it's like iPhone version, pMobiles are off by default and you have to choose to be warned for them.
Go RTFM you old ******! _________________ Dennis

Doh! I'm confused now. But the answer to this may explain why I have been getting duplicate warnings for some cameras (possibly the To Verify ones)
On my Android phone (presumably iPhone too) I go to CamerAlert - Menu - Settings - Cameras to Warn About.
From there I get the usual options to select and I have selected them all - Fixed, Redlight, RedSpeed, Average, Mobile.
The last option (which I also have ticked) is Unverified which I have always assumed is only available to the Verifiers. Is this correct?
So, which Categary are the pMobiles in?, which camera types are in the Unverified category and do the Verifies need to tick the Unverified box? _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

Everybody gets pMobiles in the Unverified category and they have to check to be warned by them.
If you're a Verifier, you also get the others if you check to have them warn. _________________ Dennis

Hi ed83... in case it takes a while for someone to spot your post here, it might be best for you to submit a support request ticket, by going to the "Support" heading in the blue bar at the top of this forum page.
that will probably be the quickest way to get your subscription checked. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

Did you read the manual? And link to your subscriber account (if you have one) or register as a new user if you don't? _________________ Darren Griffin |

PS: Thats what happens when I am told to RTFM. Can't remember where, but there is a '9' instead of a ')' somewhere |
