Some people say that Custom PIOs not supported.... they are

Put Databases in here, read them all in and shows them correctly.
Delete the other database that is in there ( the copilot one, as that is the Copilot downloadable

Storage Card\com.alk.copilot.eumarket.premiumeupan\save

Then delete the folders that are in
Storage Card\com.alk.copilot.eumarket.premiumeupan \ EU \ SAVE \ user_places

Run Copilot and Bobs your Uncle!

Let me know how you get on

I'm sorry to bearer of bad news but unfortunatelly this doesn't seem to work as CoPilot recreates the deleted files in

com.alk.copilot.eumarket.premiumeupan \ EU \ SAVE \ user_places

As far as I can see you will still be using the CoPilot database, I think we need an expert on the job

I've finally managed to get this to work, I've left the CoPilot cameras in their folder & dumped the whole thing in a new "Archive" folder I created which seems to be working so far, but no idea what will happen if/when CoPilot update their database.

Research indicates this proceedure should work with both the TomTom ov2 db & the CoPilot format db but I only had success with the CoPilot version

Although I've got the camera positions to show, the icon is the generic & minute CoPilot icon & warning are all but none existent, I occasionally get "Point of Interest" announced but nothing to do with speed cameras etc

It does work BUT

As well as deleting the copilot safety cams from ///user places directory you have to delete the poi_uk_safetycam*.ezp file from the //save directory to stop it automatically rebuilding the original copilot safety camera list
