Prepaid live services card error activating

I'm trying to activate a 12 month live services card on a Via Live 120 and am getting: "The activation code you have entered cannot be used due to incompatibility with the installed application version."

I've tried all 3 browsers on my laptop (IE, Firefox and Chrome). I've googled and see lots of people have had this issue but no solutions other than try a different browser.

Has anyone had this and managed to fix it?

I've had exactly the same problem in the past and had to contact TomTom Support to resolve the issue. In the end I had to send a photo of the card clearly showing the code and the Support Desk updated my account manually.

Thanks Simon. I've raised a support email with TomTom and added a scan of the card with code. Hopefully that'll do the trick.

The resolution to this was, as Simon said, to raise a support case with TomTom. I was asked to supply a scan of the prepaid card along with the invoice for the purchase of the card. Hope that helps someone else.
