Mapfactor Navigator app wont work on android tablet

Hi, i`ve installed this on my Motorola tablet ok but, i cant get it to display the map, i just get the outline of the British Isles but nothing else, its downloaded fine with no problems but just doesn`t work. Any sugestions.

Sorry i missed that important bit out, i downloaded the Mapfactor Navigator app as on the website, all seemed ok downloaded uk maps as well but i just get the outline of GB coastline but nothing inside, does that make sense.

Have you downloaded the maps also?. It's a separate Icon/app.
