Full UK Postcodes

Just purchased Copilot Live Premium for Android with Western Europe maps but can't get full 7 digit UK postcodes to work.
I've tried re-installing the map & re-installing the application but no luck.

I've logged a support call with ALK but not had a reply yet.

Does anyone have any advice please

Silly question

Did you put a space between the two parts of the postcode?

I only asked because I have copilot v8 truck and that has full postcodes but needs the space unlike TT which doesn't.

On which screen are trying to put the post code in select destination then pit your postcode in

Postcode selected from "Add New Destination" - "Address" then I enter the postcode in the text box, but after 5 digits it doesn't recognise any more characters. Just tried to search for 10 Downing St postcode (SW1A 2AA) but I can only input SW1A 2 Confused

By the sounds of it you need to do "Add new destination" then "Postcode" - perhaps you need to scroll down to see that option?

Not got the app so can't give exact details.

From "Add New Destination" my options are
Address
My Places
Points of Interest
Contact
Browse Map
Photo Nav
Coordinates

From "Address" there is a text box "Enter City or Postcode"
As you input a postcode it recognises the first part but stops after 5 digits?

Latest update -

"Hi Tommy, just to let you know this is now fixed. You will need to delete the WEU map and re-download but you should then be able to geocode UK 7 digit postcodes. "

I've downloaded the new map and it works a treat Very Happy

Hi
I have the same problem but only in Cornwall and Devon which is part of my sales territory. This is a real pain for me.
Can somebody with the new map check whether or not this still happens.
You could take TR11 4TA as an example for me
Hopefully you will say it now works and I will download the map.

I have another question.
What files do I need to delete if I want to install the new map?
I am not sure if it is just the UK and Northern Ireland file or should I delete dome of the others?
