Telmap on Vodafone & Orange UK no more? Address Point Da

I have used Vodafone Navigation (provided by Telmap), in the past on various platforms, which has been an invaluable tool in locating rural properties, which only have names, not numbers and street names.

Telmap has used the "Address Point" data from Royal Mail, which pinpoints every property, not merely the centre of the postcode area.

Recently, it would seem, these Apps have been discontinued by both Vodafone and possibly Orange, although still showing on their website....

My question is, does the latest download of Telmap, use this data, or just the basic postcodes like all other satnavs?

Also, would Telmap v5 work OK with a cheapo Android phone?

I think if you update your vodafone mobile to version 6 or above telmap 5.6 might then work.

Telmap have now released a new app for Apple devices called M8.

It does all that Vodafone Navigation did and more - and it's free!

It pinpoints every property, not merely the centre of the postcode area.

I am overjoyed as I was rather lost without this functionality (pun intended).
