There appears to be a problem with the login box at the foot of the forum index.
Whenever I try to log in there I get 'Sorry - This module isn't active' or similar.
The link at the top works ok though. _________________ Ian.

Hi icsys,
Don't worry, I cannot log in via the box at the bottom of the page either, as I just get a half-loaded page come up. However, the log in link at the top of the page always works for me.
I would say if this works for you too, just ignore the box at the bottom and continue using the link that works. If you are trying to get it to log you in every time you visit the forum, what you can do is tick the box that says 'Log me in every visit' at the bottom of the page and then continue to log in normally.
This works for me.
Regards,
Bo Peep. _________________ TomTom 730

Historically through phpBB's release, the bottom login feature has never really worked properly. In previous versions it would log you in but not re-log you in each time and cause cookie corruption. Just using the top login one will automatically log you in each time you visit.
When I get 5 mins spare I may remove the bottom login box to avoid confusion. |
