I have a Imported 7inch satnav loaded with IGO8 and Winembeded6.
The unit has a uploaded map and poi/camera data bases on SDcard that is way out of date even after updateing it from there site.
I was a user of this sites data base on my Garmin and would like to use this camera data on this new unit but dont know which download to try any ideas.

The first drop down only has one iGO in it. The second has about 14. You want the UK- all cams in single file. It unzips as a *.txt file
The file most likely goes in the Storage Card\iGO8\CONTENT\speedcam folder on your SD card. The iGO8 folder should be in the root of the SD.
Backup all you have in that folder. Delete all files within it then copy the .txt file into it. Restart iGO. It will appear to hang on Initiallizing warniong data for anythinhg up to about 30 seconds. Thenyou are up and running. |
