Hello, and a little advice please

Hi all, first post on the forum, and after some advice. I have posted this question on another forum, but had no response yet, so lets hope some of you may be able to help......
Recently purchased a Tom Tom Rider V2 very cheap due to a fault on it. I will get it repaired, and it will return my outlay. But what concerns me is the Tom Toms coverage of Eastern Europe. I have been using Igo Primo recently and the European map coverage looks to be fantastic. But the Tom Tom maps look like they may not give me as much detail.
I'm off to Romania and the Balkans this year. so any recommendations which one would be best for me? Not even looked at the Garmin option, so your opinion would be good.

I've no idea about Romania, but have a look at the TomTom Route Planner which will show the coverage they have - zoom in to look as closely as you wish. If it's OK, that's the section of map to make sure you buy.

Thanks for that Dennis. That has pretty much answered the question. Tom Tom does not seem have street level mapping for most of the FYR area, apart from Croatioa. The Romania coverage looks OK though.
