Hi all
Am happy to pay the £19 for 12 months, however as im in the forces, I am sent away for long periods of time i.e. 6 months.
Do you allow the subcription to be 'paused' and then resumed while im away and then back? |

Not a mod or anything.
But if I remember right they used to have a monthly subscription or something similar. But this was stopped quite a few years back now.
can't remember why, i think it was down to abuse of the system or time consuming to manage.
As far as i know, they only offer the regular 12 month subs.
There is the opportunity to get free membership if you spot a new camera first though. Will be more difficult for you because you will be away for long periods.
I'm assuming that when you are away those places don't have speed cameras - as we know them.

This mod. didn't answer because he doesn't know!
The moderators here only look after the technical side of the forum itself, only one of the admin can answer your question fully.
I suspect it won't be possible, but they may have never been asked the question before.
I'll point them to this topic. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

Hi, whilst we don't have that facility, as an ex-serviceman myself I'm sure we can make an exception for you.
If you send an email to me (darren[AT]pocketgpsworld.com) if you're posted on tour, I will arrange to suspend your subscription and the balance can resume on your return.
Hope that helps you out? _________________ Darren Griffin |

If using PayPal it might be advisable to cancel the auto-renew facility. _________________ Richard

CamerAlert subscriptions, (CA_XXXXXXX & CAA_XXXXXXX) are not subject to auto-renewal. _________________ Darren Griffin |
