Database download shows no cameras!

Hi,
Recently downloaded the app and after registering was told a new database version was available for download. Did this OK but now Server field shows 9.123 (30062) and my phone shows 9.123 (0). Is this normal, a hiccup or me being unlucky.......
Any help appreciated

Thanks for the response but the phone now says I am not subscribed for downloads and no option to download again. The phone is linked to this account.

Something as clearly gone awry here.

If you can submit a ticket at using our Support system here we'll reset your free download and advise how to resolve this.
