Dear User Group Members,
Yesterday you may have encountered a problem in using the application, due to an upgrade notification that popped up when you opened Telmap5.
It is now fixed.
We are sorry for the inconveniency, however - there is a good reason for it as we are uploading a new version for you today (V5.5) that supports also new BBOS7 devices.
You will get an upgrade notification in your app.
We will update you by email and also here when it's ready.
Thanks!

I use a BB 9780 with OS 6. I tried to download Telmap 5.5 using the BB browser. After I select the BB model, and upon clicking 'next', I see BES is highlighted although I am using BIS.
And just in case I proceed, by clicking next, I get to download the Apps but after a reboot, when I open by clicking the icon, it says that its setting up and this just continues and freezes !!
Please help ?

I downloaded the Apps using the "download link" email that I received upon registering. I re-booted, gave the Apps ALL PERMISSIONS and when I click it, it tries to setup and freezes. My BB 9780 is OS 6.0.0.723 (the present latest).
Please see the Screenshots below :
And this continues for an "everlasting time" ...
When the Cancel is hit - the Error code as below ...
Please Help ... |
