Any ideas why an Active device running 1.5 can zoom in OK, but on the map concerned cannot 'see' the 1:25 scale., only 1:50...is it really likely to be a fault with the map itself...if so , I guess that must be a first ? |

Dumb question but - has it got the 1:25000 scale or is it just a 1:50000 map? _________________ LostMike

This happens to me also occasionally. Try toggling through the maps to get to the 25k scale map, rather than zooming in - this should bring the 25k map back, and then zoom in/out should work as expected. Seems to be a glitch in toggleable maps which for some reason 'forgets' about one of the available scales. I've not found a repeatable way of demonstrating this glitch so have not reported to Satmap - I just know it happens from time to time! |

I am having exactly the same problem and I am getting it every time. My toggle button has broken off, need to send it back to Satmap. Anyone any suggestions for how I can dispay both 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 in these circumstances. |

If your left hand side bottom button is still working, then while in Map mode you can press the joystick button, then select 'Map Packs'. This should display your available maps, and you should be able to scroll through each available map using the joystick left/right, then press 'view map' button (or press the joystick button). |
