I am an ambulance responder and rely on my satnav. This morning i used it and it worked fine. The next time i turned it on it came up with the screen saying it was connected to the pc. I turned it of and then back on and now all i get is the Mio explore more screen. I have tried connecting to the pc to try refreshing the software but it wont connet to the pc either. It says no device connected on the laptop software. Any help would be greatly appreciated or it will have to be a new sat nav.

Thanks

Hughie

Hughie, have you tried the RESET position of the power switch on the base?

If the M300 wont connect to the PC, the only option is to contact Mio for a repair. Sad

have you tried a different usb and/or power lead? it could be that the one you are using is a non-standard lead?
