My TomTom is telling me I have a new Map of Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
I click on the download button and it greys out, but nothing actually downloads.
Any ideas please? |

What browser are you using? Internet Explorer is proving problematic with some users. Can you try Chrome or Firefox.

Try clearing the cache on the desktop icon and save the settings. If that doesn't help, I guess a call to CS is necessary:

for clarification.
