I think I have downloaded everything I should. In Mytomtom home the "add community content" is greyed out and I'm sure I had another option for something else in there on first install. Was I dreaming. I'm on a MAC if that makes any difference.

All I have in the list is....
My TT
add Comm Cont
settings
close

Thanks.

Was originally called 'Add Shared pois'. When you connect your unit, you will be able to click on 'add community content' It should lead you to a new page in your browser.

You could try uninstalling it and getting a fresh copy from tomtom.com/getstarted

Thanks again David. Have done that and cleared cache. But I will certainly give it another go.

If the 1005 has not connected properly then you won't see the add community content option.

It must be something to do with this MAC. Uninstalled/reinstalled it again and no joy. Installed it on my windows partition bit and it works a dream.

Try opening My Tomtom SA app from the finder/applications window, and then click on add community content, it worked for me

The menu link is available to me, but doesn't launch the webpage.

However, I've taken note of the page address it links to, so just have a bookmark for it.

In my case it's http://169.254.255.1/pcmi/?locale=en_gb
