I guess the TT3 comes with GB and major EU roads. Navtech with full GB & EU roads. Anyone help please with reasons for choosing one or the other? |

Did you mean Navman? Or Navigon? (NAVTEQ is just the map provider, not the vendor of the program) _________________ Lutz

Going by the web site selling them (Globalpositioningsystems) they quote a Mitac 168 with TT3 OR "Mitac 168 with NavTech" In the description it then calls it PrymeNav.
Both are at Ł359. the TTŁ solution with 128mb SD the other with 256mb.
Normal rule of you get what you pay for may of course apply.....
Overall for UK and occaisional EU use (mainly Paris) and some portability off road walking. Intrieged by the many opinion on TT3, Garmin, Navman etc etc. Is all subjective or is there consensus about which is the best. Which leads back to my original question of course. |

Of course it's mostly subjective. There is no one program that does everything right.
TomTom is superior to Prymenav in the usability area. The maps are a different story... but that is also depending on your locality. I'd suggest you go with TomTom. _________________ Lutz
